“Glazed” Pears
Pears, Simple Honey Cream Sauce, & Cinnamon
Thinly slice pears. Drizzle with Simple Honey Cream Sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Stuffed Dates
(Medjool) Dates & Almond Butter
Remove pits from dates and fill with almond butter. A serving is 4 and a perfect treat.
Bananas with Coconut “Sprinkles”
Banana, Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Hemp Hearts (Optional), Psyllium Husk Powder (optional)*, & Honey
Slice and plate banana. Mix coconut and psyllium husk in a small dish in a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio, as desired. Sprinkle on top of banana slices and drizzle with honey.
Ants on a Log
Celery OR Banana (split), Almond Butter, Raisins/Craisins/Dried Cherries, & Honey (optional)
Fill centers of celery stalks or split banana with almond butter. Sprinkle raisins on top, gently pressing in if needed to keep them in place. Drizzle with honey and munch!
Bravocados
Avocado & Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
Halve avocado and discard pit. Score, trying not to pierce skin. Gently sprinkle with Bragg’s. Go easy. It’s easy to get too much but you can always add more if you like. Eat with a spoon.
Kraut & Avocados
Avocado & Sauerkraut (preferably raw for those probiotics)
Halve avocado and discard pit. Dice avocado and scoop onto plate or into bowl. Top with sauerkraut as desired and enjoy.
“Cheesy Popcorn”
Cauliflower, Nutritional Yeast, & Salt
Remove florets from cauliflower. Toss with nutritional to desired “cheesiness.” Salt, as desired.
