Strike: Small Group Training

Whether training for street defense or sport, martial arts is a fun and effective way to develop incredible skills while boosting your mood and health. Join us at Strength Through Movement for small group training  Thursdays (you can pick one or both) where you’ll get hands on training with champion martial artist and accredited personal trainer, Coach LT.
Classes include a combination of training modalities including mitt work and interaction drills geared to equip and empower everyone in the class – from warrior to novice. Register to reserve your spot!
Due to the focus being dedicated to those participating, we are capping the group at 10 people so if you want to be one of those ten, you want to be sure you get registered ASAP!
A few notes about this class:
👉🏻 This is NOT a cardio kickboxing class.
👉🏻 Focus will be on technique and skill development
👉🏻 Yes, you’ll still be moving
👉🏻 Yes, it’s okay to be a total beginner
👉🏻 No, I’m not going to “dot your ‘i’s’” or “cross your t’s” (Your safety is my priority)
