Cherry Cacao Power Bowl

- High Speed Blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Dark Cherries
- 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 5 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener or to taste
- 2 tbsp Beet Root Crystals or to taste
Toppings
- 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts optional
- 2 small Bananas optional
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes optional
- Bee Pollen optional
- Goji Berries optional
Instructions
- Add all but your hemp hearts and other optional toppers and blend until smooth, adding almond milk or other liquid just to blend (start with about 1/3 cup and adjust from there).
- Scrape into bowls and top with fresh banana or other fruits, nuts/seeds and superfoods, as desired.
- Enjoy immediately. *Note: you can certainly freeze any extra without the toppings. Pull out about 15 minutes prior to consumption to allow frozen bowl to soften. Add toppings and nosh!
